Material Innovation
We have innovatively incorporated rare earth element modifiers into the traditional tungsten carbide formulation. Precision Machining Process
The entire manufacturing process is completed in a constant-temperature, constant-humidity Class 10,000 cleanroom. We employ a three-stage composite process of "diamond turning + ultrasonic grinding + ion polishing." The most critical ultra-precision machining phase utilizes a self-developed hydraulic suspension fixture system, eliminating micro-deformation caused by traditional mechanical clamping.
The quality inspection phase is exceptionally rigorous: Each product undergoes 12 inspection procedures, including coordinate measuring machine (CMM) measurements, white light interferometer surface analysis, and X-ray residual stress testing.
